DEATH OF SIR ROGER SCRUTON, 1944-2020

The personnel and associates of the Ian Ramsey Centre were sorry to learn of the death of Sir Roger Scruton on 12 Jan 2020.

Sir Roger was a great inspiration and mentor to many of us at the Ian Ramsey Centre, and contributed to the expansion of the work of the IRC into Central and Eastern EuropeHe also gave several important lectures at events organised by the IRC, some of which have been recorded and can be found at the following links:

Accounting for yourself.

What is it for a prayer to be answered?

The IRC has also recorded several short interviews with Roger Scruton on the subject of special divine action.

May he rest in peace.
