Nastas Jakšić is a philosopher as well as a classical philologist. He studied philosophy and classics at the University of Belgrade and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree at the Department of Ancient Philosophy at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. The principal area of his research encompasses both these fields of study, inasmuch as it pertains to Aristotle’s ethics and Greek tragedy. He is a fellow of the New Generation Exchange Programme working on a holistic analysis of Aristotle’s technical term hamartia as it appears in the Poetics.
Nastas is one of the winning scholars of the project "New Generation Research Exchange" in collaboration with the Universities of Warsaw and Zagreb.
