Tatiana Barkovskiy is an MA student at the Philosophy Faculty at the University of Warsaw, where she also received her two bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and French Studies. Her primary research interests include medieval instances and aspects of philosophy of mysticism, philosophy of gender, and female philosophers, all of which are relevant to her current work, and which she hopes to develop further in her doctorate studies. She aims to demonstrate that the legacy of medieval women mystics can be considered both philosophically and scientifically engaging, and as such deserving of more in-depth study.
Tatiana is one of the winning scholars of the project "New Generation Research Exchange" in collaboration with the Universities of Warsaw and Zagreb.
